RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date you may either return your unused purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if: The product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

 
Returns/Exchanges are applicable to unused, and defective products only. If you need to return/exchange a product please send us an email at info@purplekoi.ca for inquiries. Once your return is received and quality inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. 
Should the product(s) be in AN acceptable condition, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Or in the case of an exchange you will be notified once the new product has shipped. 

Products on Sale 
Only regular priced products may be returned. Sale products will be considered for defects only. Please send us an email at info@purplekoi.ca for inquiries.  

Shipping 
To return your product, please you should email us at info@purplekoi.ca to ask us about return information. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
